Each fine art print is made to order, which takes 2 to 5 business days to print, frame, and ship. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with both confirmation and tracking details. Most orders arrive within 5 to 7 business days across North America and Europe, and within 7 to 14 business days worldwide. Digital products should arrive in your inbox at the email address provided within approximately 5 minutes of ordering.
Yes, you can order prints either framed or unframed. Unframed prints do not include a white border, so if you’d like your artwork to have a border, please select one of the framed options.
On rare occasions, there will be signed and numbered editions. The best way to find out about limited edition print releases is to subscribe to Christie’s Substack.
Each print is carefully made to order, which means it’s created especially for you. Because of this custom process, prints are non-refundable. If there is a delay in recieving your digital download, or if you may have ordered with the wrong email, please feel free to email us and we’ll be happy to assist you. All digital products, including eBooks, are delivered instantly as downloadable files and therefore cannot be returned. Thank you for understanding and supporting the care that goes into every piece.
In the event that your print arrives damaged, please inform our team within 48 hours by emailing a description and photos to hello@christiefitzpatrick.com. Once we confirm the issue, our supplier will issue a replacement print at no additional cost to you. Should the artwork be considered irreplaceable, a full refund will be issued.
